As an example we can cite this classic products such as cooked hams, ?, ?, Cobourg, bacon, filet de sax, dried and salted bacon etc which are completely made by hand with sea salt, pickling salt and natural herbs. The Cobourg is at least 12 weeks old and is available in dried or smoked form.. Smoking is only with sawdust Oak- and beech.
